Bombolone Player is committed to protecting your privacy. This extension operates entirely client-side on your local device.
Bombolone Player does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, personally identifiable information, browsing history, authentication credentials, or user activity to any external server or third party.
The extension uses the local storage API (chrome.storage.local) strictly to store:
All stored information remains exclusively on your device and is never uploaded anywhere. You can clear your history and saved presets at any time directly from the extension interface.
The extension requests host permissions solely to enable the playback of user-specified video stream endpoints (MPEG-DASH .mpd and HLS .m3u8) across arbitrary domains, and to inject user-configured HTTP headers via declarativeNetRequest. All network modifications are strictly scoped to requests initiated by the player itself and are automatically cleaned up when player tabs are closed.
Bombolone Player does not integrate any third-party tracking, analytics, advertising networks, or remote telemetry scripts.
